Attorney Bennett maintains that Superintendent Walsh made consistent and appropriate pleas for help from the state and other emergency agencies.

Meaningful help and support at that time was not forthcoming.

Bennett provides insight into Walsh’s present state of mind and his attitude toward returning to his previous position.
