Hampden, Mass. Chief of Police Jeff Farnsworth speaks candidly about the challenges facing his force and other departments in simultaneously protecting freedom of speech as well as protection of life and property.
Chief Farnsworth is also the head of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, and as such is in regular contact with the chiefs of other forces in the Commonwealth, as well as the governor.
